16 HOW SUPPLIED Levetiracetam extended-release tablets 750 mg are white, oblong-shaped, film coated tablets imprinted with “BOCA 697” in green on one side. They are supplied in white HDPE bottles containing 300 tablets (NDC 64376-697-32), and in bottles containing 60 tablets (64376-697-61).
