HOW SUPPLIED Dapsone Tablets USP, 25 mg are available as white to off-white round tablets, debossed “F19” above and “25” below the score on one side. NDC 47781-333-31 30 Tablets (2x15 unit-of-use blisters). Dapsone Tablets USP, 100 mg are available as white to off-white round tablets, debossed “F20” above and “100” below the score on one side. NDC 47781-334-31 30 Tablets (2x15 unit-of-use blisters). Store at 20° to 25° C (68° to 77°F). [see USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Protect from light. Keep this and all medication out of the reach of children.
