METHYLPHENIDATE HYDROCHLORIDE Tablets, USP • 5 mg tablets (NDC 43547-486-10) round, yellow, flat with beveled edge, debossed “S” on one side, and “5” on the other side supplied in bottles of 100 with child-resistant closure • 10 mg tablets (NDC 43547-487-10) round, blue, convex debossed “S” on one side, with a score and “1|0” on the other side supplied in bottles of 100 with child-resistant closure • 20 mg tablets (NDC 43547-488-10) round, yellow, convex, debossed “S” on one side, with a score and “2|0” on the other side supplied in bottles of 100 with child-resistant closure Store at 20 o C to 25 o C (68 o F to 77 o F); excursions permitted between 15 o C and 30 o C (59 o F and 86 o F) [see USP Controlled Room Temperature].
