HOW SUPPLIED: Acyclovir capsules (blue, opaque cap and body) containing 200 mg acyclovir and printed in black with “200” and “A05” on opposite sides of the body - Bottles of 100 (NDC 67253-100-10), and bottles of 1000 (NDC 67253-100-11). Store at 15° to 25°C (59° to 77°F) and protect from light and moisture. Acyclovir Tablets (white, oval, unscored) containing 800 mg acyclovir and engraved with “A03” on one side and “800” on the other side. Bottle of 100 (NDC 67253-102-10), and bottle of 500 (NDC 67253-102-50). Store at 15° to 25°C (59° to 77°F) and protect from light and moisture.
