16 HOW SUPPLIED/STORAGE AND HANDLING Naproxen Sodium Tablets, USP 275mg are available as white, unscored, capsule shaped, film coated tablets imprinted “H 1” Supplied as: NDC 0143-9916-01 Bottles of 100’s Naproxen Sodium Tablets, USP 550 mg are available as white, unscored, capsule shaped, film coated tablets imprinted “H 2” Supplied as: NDC 0143-9908-01 Bottles of 100’s : NDC 0143-9908-05 Bottles of 500’s Store at 20-25°C(68-77°F) [See USP controlled room temperature]. Protect from light and moisture. Dispense in well-closed container as defined in the USP using a child-resistant closure.
