They are supplied as follows: Bottles of 60: NDC 23155-530-06 Bottles of 200: NDC 23155-530-02 Bottles of 500: NDC 23155-530-05 Store at 20 o to 25 o C (68 o to 77 o F) [see USP Controlled Room Temperature].
