Bottle/ 30 count 66993-606-30 Bottle/500 count 66993-606-04 15 mg yellow, oblong, biconvex tablet film coated tablet debossed with "M 2" and scored on one side and plain on the other side. Bottle/ 30 count 66993-607-30 Bottle/500 count 66993-607-04 30 mg beige, oblong, biconvex tablet film coated tablet debossed with "M 3" and scored on one side and plain on the other side. Bottle/ 30 count 66993-608-30 Bottle/500 count 66993-608-04 45 mg white, circular, biconvex tablet film coated tablet debossed with "M4" on one side and plain on the other side.
